What We Believe
These truths anchor everything we do. They shape our worship, our teaching, and the way we love our city.
At ImageOne27, we are people of the Book. Our beliefs are not a list of opinions but a confession of faith rooted in Scripture and passed down through generations of the church. We hold these truths not as a fence to keep people out, but as a foundation to build our lives upon — together, in grace, for the glory of God.
Our Statement of Faith
The Trinity
We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power, glory, and majesty, working together in perfect love.

Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, and future return. He is the way, the truth, and the life.

Salvation
We are saved by grace through faith in Christ alone — not by works, but by His finished work on the cross. New life begins the moment we trust Him.

The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells, empowers, and gifts every believer for service and godly living. He convicts, comforts, and conforms us to the image of Christ.

The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship, and the proclamation of the gospel — a family on mission together.

How We Live
Our practices
Belief becomes real when it's lived. These are the rhythms that shape our life together as a church family.
Baptism
We practice believer's baptism as a public declaration of faith — a beautiful picture of dying and rising with Christ.
Communion
We share the Lord's Table regularly, remembering Christ's sacrifice and proclaiming His death until He returns.
Membership
We invite believers to commit to this family — sharing life, bearing burdens, and building God's kingdom together.
Missions
We send and support gospel workers locally and globally, carrying the good news to every neighborhood and nation.

Our name comes from this verse. We believe every person — without exception — bears the image of God. That dignity shapes how we welcome the stranger, serve the poor, and share the gospel. To introduce someone to Christ is to help them recover the image they were made to reflect.

This is more than a tagline. It's the calling that gets us out of bed each morning and the vision that shapes every decision we make as a church.
